The IEC 309 HP system comprises plugs and socket-outlets from 16 to 125A in two different versions – straight trailing and 10° flush-mounting – available in protected versions with IP44/IP54 degree of protection and watertight versions with IP degree of protection of up to IP66/IP67/IP68/IP69. The 16A-32A versions require screw wiring or spring wiring, while the 63A -125A versions employ branching terminal connection technology.

The HP mobile plugs and socket-outlets are the first and only on the electro-technical market to feature IP68 and IP69 degrees of protection. Nickel plating of pins and holes also offers the best protection against corrosion, oxidation and abrasion, even in critical environmental conditions.
Extreme resistance to mechanical stress
The use of high performance technopolymers and the coupling of molded rubber parts to protect elements most exposed to impact (in all 63-125A versions) offers extreme resistance to mechanical stresses (IK09), even at low temperatures (-25 °C).
Safe and intuitive assembly
The 16-32A versions are characterized by the patented body-grip locking with SAFE-LOCK ¼ turn, while the 63-125A versions have a locking system with captive screws screwed on brass inserts made with wider contrast flange.
